I phoned Alan’s Gas Services at 8.30am and they arrived as agreed at 2.00pm promptly the same day.
They located the central heating boiler problem and explained exactly what they were doing. Their knowledge and customer service was excellent – highly recommended.

I was recommended Alan by a friend who had used him to sort out his boiler after a dodgy install. Alan was pretty quick spotting the problems and fixing them.

Alan explained the system. What we could re use from the existing system. What we shouldn’t re use because it was more hassle than worth. And what our options were to save money. He gave us a price and identified where it might cost more if he couldn’t reuse something. They worked cleanly and quickly. Completed the job bang on time, exactly as he’d said, he reused all the pumps and controls he could, only buying one extra part where he felt the old part wasn’t worth the risk.

It’s easy to recommend Alans Gas as they are very good and great to deal with.

I use Alan’s Gas Services every year for annual check ups and general breakdown problems. Always really friendly and helpful, and go the extra mile for their customers. Alan and Stephen are always very punctual, clean, tidy and reliable. I feel like they give me the best advice with my boiler and other heating appliances. I recommend them to family and friends and even they are pleased with their work. Would highly recommend to anyone.
