This year we’ve had both our hot water storage tank and boiler stop working. Stephen very quickly came to our rescue with the water tank and has now replaced our boiler, installing the new one in the cellar. The boiler move was a particularly long job but all completed excellently. All of their work has been spotless and they are great to work with. I can't recommend Alan's Gas Services enough. I recently bought a house that needed a whole new heating system. They provided a competitive quote & fitted the system swiftly and professionally, cleaning up after themselves at the end of each day. I then contacted Stephen about fitting a new radiator in the bathroom & he responded quickly to messages & fitted the radiator so quickly & professionally. After a disastrous experience with x2 previous engineers our boiler was condemned as dangerous and shut off, we called alans gas services after seeing the google reviews and them being local, Steven came round and gave us some sound advice , a week later Steven has fitted us a new SAFE boiler and a new radiator and we have booked in for a fire service to. Really really good customer service and a very competitive fair price. We have been using Alans Gas Services for many years. Stephen attended our old boiler on many occasions and when the time came recommended a new one. Stephen and Ryan were totally professional the way they set up the installation and completed the job. They were both polite but most importantly very knowledgeable about what they were doing. They have since installed new radiators with the same efficiency. If you want a company that you can rely on for your gas needs I would not hesitate in recommending Alans Gas company. We have used Alans Gas for about 10 years now for all types of jobs; a new boiler, capping off, moving radiators and our boiler and installing our cooker. Alan and Stephen are great to work with and are by far the most tidy tradespeople I've ever had in our home. They really set the standard high. They are also incredibly reliable and when we've needed it have turned up within about 24 hours of our call. After having my extension last year, Stephen and Ryan installed my underfloor heating and moved my boiler in the process. Extremely happy with the underfloor heating, it is a gamechanger!
